Went to Lower Peirce Reservoir to test my rod with a #2, #3 and #4 weight fly line with Peter.
Casted nicely with a #2 weight line.
It came alive when I put a #3 weight line and tested it.
As expected by CY, the rod is #3 weight.
Peter and I tried a #4 weight line of it.
It was a wee bit, just a wee bit heavier, but it shot out the #4 weight line like a cannon.
Nykon the rod with a 1 pound plus temensis.
Caught a few more before walking over to Shah's corner to catch more.
